News and Reviews for 9-25-09 –Dead Space Extraction Edition

Yesterday I got a nice surprise from UPS, they delivered Dead Space Extraction. I spent a few hours with it so far and it’s pretty cool. The gameplay is very unique, not much like the original Dead Space at all. Extraction takes place before the events in the first Dead Space, you actually are part of the ‘extraction’ team that gets the artifact. The story is actually a few stories in one as you get to play different characters and see how the events unfolded from different points of view. It does though make good use of the Wii controls, and so far it’s enjoyable, I’ll have the full review for you early next week. And now the news:
