I am currently having the same problem with obtaining a Ink collection Unit.. they are no where to be found. I have a GXE 3300n which is great ,but the consumables are very hard to obtain. I have had situations where I have been forced to go to 3 different suppliers to obtain ink to make up a set. Be aware that you need a waste collection ( sometimes called an ink collection unit) . not many stores have this online, and it is currently this is out stock in the UK and in the central european warehouse. How this can happen for the Ricoh GXE3300n a printer that is barely 6 months old is beyond me. I have to hold 2 black, 1 of each colour + a collection unit in order to be able to use this machine. The cost of the above is 1.5 times more expensive that the original machine. If I could dump this and all the spares I am carrying I would.
