What ate the editing possibilities for this product. Is it possible to leave out advertisements of a recording in an exact way. Can you convert analog recordings from a dvd-recorder/VCR/videocamera to your Mac?

The IR remote doesn't seem to work well. I have to get right up to the Apple logo on my IMAC to MAYBE get a channel to change. If anyone knows how to make this thing work properly, please advise.

Thanks
