I was only able to download pictures from my iPhone to my Pandigital once. Ever since then, the frame doesn’t recognize the USB connection. Any suggestions?

I am having a problem with the remote control as well it is really irritating I want to know how to get a replacement remote or are they all messed up?

my pandigital came with a manual but in french!! i have basically figured out most of it but would like to know how to sort my pictures into files.. takes me forever to fin a picture as they are all in on folder. Can different folders be created?

I too have this frame but no manual – I can’t even begin to figure out things. Is there something out there about the initial plugging it in etc. I have it to put on my office computer. thanks for any help you can pass along!

I LOVE my PANDIGITAL, although I too have NO MANUAL. I can not find my model # either, although mine is VERY EASY TO FiGURE OUT AND OPERATE except for setting the CLOCK! I can not get that accomplished. My battery is dead also for my remote control and I live in a small town. I am having problems finding the replacement battery for it. This makes it a little more difficult all the way around. However like I said, I can get all of my pictures to load, shuffle or switch like a slide show (which is called “fade”) and I enjoy it to no end. Just wish I could reset my clock. I guess mine is at least 2 years old. And it still works just fine! Wouldn’t trade it for the world because I can see all four grandchildren all the time!

I received a pandigital photo frame for Christmas in 2007 . I love it. I cannot find my instructions and yesterday I did not have any pictures on it anymore. I do not know if a power outage or something did this. Please send me the instructions so I can reload some pictures on my photo frame. I Did it come with a mini USB cord as I think I need it also.

Please reply as soon as possible as I would like to get this up and running again.

I didn’t get a manual with mine either…. and yes I know that particular model does not appear on their website, not sure why.. as for your questions, at the moment it is packed away as I’ve got more than enough stuff out for the holidays…

hello… i received one of these digital photo frames as a gift… it is model PAN811-B… i tried calling the customer service phone (1.800.715.5354) multi times but never made it past a busy signal… so then i went to their website (pandigital.net)… browsing thru their products shown on the site i could not find my model PAN811-B even listed… bottom line is i am trying to find out if one can ‘shuffle’ the viewing order once the pics are loaded into the frame… all they seem to do is repeat the same 1,2,3,4,5 loop each time… also is there a way to slow down the rate that the pics change… this model seems to change the pics aprox every 3 seconds… i could not find any of this info in the users manual that came with the product… thanks for any help you can offer…
