Worldstart got a freighter full in, selling for $32.00. Personally, I already have an HP all in one printer so I do not need a short lived geegaw. Thanks for the comments.

Well I have the same problem as others it is supposed to scan at 1800 X 1200 but my device is only scanning at 1800 x 400. That is a problem any fixes out there or is it wasted money?

I bought this product thinking I could scan all my old pictures and negatives. What a disapointment, I tried everything in the book and it wouldn’t save the pics to the memory card or the pc. I suggest you save your money and buy a product that works. I plan on taking it back to the store and get a refund.

bought my scanner a while back, took it out box for the first time, plugged it in put in sd card run afew pictures thru it,nothing , re did every thing,nothing again,its piece of junk!

I bought this scanner to put negatives through. I found that on every photo there is a white line. Not on the negative-just on the scanned photo.

this is howie again with a follow, up I do not use the sleeve that came in the box only the cleaner felt for the rollers whether you using the sleeve or just pics you will still over time get gunk on the glass so I save time and just feed the pics right thru the scanner, normally have to clean about every 500 pics or as needed the sleeve just slows down the process ps i tried using a sheet of negative pictures and it did not work but i see pandigital has a newer model that says it will do negatives

this is howie i see some people have asked how to clean a pandigital and figured i would show you how to do it but can’t post pics here so I posted pictures along with explanation and steps to get to the glass to clean it, note if your pandigital is still in warranty this may void it, but you will have to clean it occassionally anyway and the cleaner that comes in the box only cleans the rollers not the glass, i have posted them on my sons boyscout site

I purchased the Pandigital Photolink one-touch scanner Model PANSCN02 from Radio Schack
I love the scanner, it worked good for 150 scans now the memory card shows nothing and is not even recognized by my computer. Any way to fix this ??

I was very disappointed with this product. I bought this scanner because it says it scans both photos and slides. But the slide part is a joke. It is not until you break the seal and start reading the book that the instructions say “unmounted slides”. Who has “unmounted slides” in strips. If they are in strips they are not “slides” so the company misrepresents the capabilities of the scanner on the box. Any slides in existence ar probably at least 15 years old – they could easily be damaged if they are disassembled for scanning. I’ll this for a scanner that delivers as promised.
