If the guy a year ago never found out about his blue flashing battery light on his phone….just wanted to let him
know that it only flashes when you plug the phone into the charger and it is done charging the phone. The solid
blue flashing battery means your phone is fully charged….

@sara : Please let me know if you have figured out how to get your pics to save automatically to the SD card. My boss has this phone and is going on vacation. Although some nice overall features, the Reveal does have some glaring faults. My wife an I have two for one year. There is a glitch in the electronics that when we terminate a call, it goes on “hold” so we have to n”unhold” that call. otherwise another call will not get through. And sometimes it freezes so we have to tun the phone off to re set. The battery’s longecity is TERRIBLE. We can not leave the phone for a day without recharging – even without making any calls. And last, the QWERTY key pads are way to small. There are other minor items. If it weren’t for these obvious design flaws, the Reveal could be a nice phone

I had the reveal for about six months now and I already had to get 3 new phones b/c battery kept dying. Now the battery will not fit properly and att sent new battery and that one won’t work either. HATE IT!! LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT PHONE! IT KEPT FREEZING ON ME AND HAD TO KEEP TAKING THE BATTERY OUT AND PUTTING IT BACK IN JUST TO TURN BACK ON.

Can the Pnntech Reveal play normal movies? What format does it require? I converted a couple of movies to the MPEG-4 format, but the phone will not play them. Any suggestions? Thanks.

What I really think phones nowadays should have as a “pro/con” list item is whether or not you have to constantly delete messages… Like “S” I used to have the Pantech Duo and I agree it was wonderful and lasted 3 years… One pro about it is that you never had to delete messages and could save sentimental memories. Does the Pantech Reveal do that?

Is it possible to delete the numbers in the recently texted list? You know how when you text someone, and there’s the people you recently texted right at the top of your contacts? Yeah. I text ALOT, so I was just wondering if it was possible to clear those out.

I thought this phone would be awesome since previously having a Pantech Duo. This is a real let down. I primarily use the phone for texting. I am nowhere near impressed with the amount of texts it can hold; about 350 combined sent and recieved. I can usually fill up the inbox in a matter of days. So I save the messages I want to the SIM but when I need to delete more to make room there is no easy way of deleting the messages from the phone itself. So you have to go and check off messages to delete one at a time. The alarm function is ok at best although it would be better if if you could set a more precise schedule. The calendar blows because your options for a reminder are on time, 10 or 30 mins, or an hour before. I don’t know about you but if I’m reminded an hour early of a meeting I have to go to, with this traffic I’m just not gonna make it.
I’m rating this a 2 out of 5.

Okay, I love almost everything about this phone, but I really hate that the text message ringtone only lasts for 4 seconds or so. Is there any way to make the ringtone last longer?

LOVE this phone so far. But – Ok, have I totally lost it? I have pics that I’ve taken with the camera, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to save them to the SD card. I see the memory card tab… but no way to get them over there. This isn’t in the manual anywhere… I found how to do music and vids, but not standard pics. Has anyone figured out how to do this???

My dad is buying me this phone and I HATE it. I don’t think ive ever hated a phone more. I used to have the Pantech Duo, which i really liked. Unfortunetly it was in my pants and it got washed. I am using my flipphone at the moment, the LG CE110. I like texting and even i dont mind that. When my dad told me this was the one he got, I seriously started crying. I want the Pantech Impact. He said he got this one refurbished because its free and i can text on it. I have $100 and he wont let me buy my own phone like the Impact, which if $99 with a contract for two years. I am really dreading getting this phone. I hate it already.
