Gentouch is call a budget tablet, under $200. Maybe not have same as apple’s powerful device, but at this price is valued.

I am a novice at android devices. My augen gentouch 78 has a micro SD slot that is difficult to handle. It has already gobbled up one microSD card. How do I handle this problem? Any advice would be appreciated. Is there a support link anywhere?Thanks in advance

I have been told that there is someone i can email to get an additional jack for my tablet, since it is such a struggle finding some relieable head-phones for a 2.5 headphone jack………Please someone answer this question because it will be a major relief on my end. (=D)
