I purchased an-all-in-one Cannon printer one year two months ago.It was working up to two months prior to the the warranty expired. When I contacted Cannon they send me an replacement , which stop working three months after receiving it. When I contact Cannon they said they cannot assist me because my warranty has expired. I would not recommend Cannon products to anyone.When I purchase a product I expect it to work beyond the warranty. Cannon use to be a brand that you depend on.

so can or can you not reset it like the MP220 , and does it mean I cannot refil my ink
if so time to take Cannon to court , just like all the other comapnies that think they can steal from us

i cant scan and copy legal size papers .. it doesnt fit in .. how am i going to use that ? help ..

You can override the empty ink gismo. You hold down on a button (can’t remember which one–OK or OFF) for five seconds. From then on, it prints, even though it tells you that you are running low on ink.

I really like my canon mx340…it is working great but after I replaced the black ink cartridge the LCD still says that black ink is running low. How do I tell it that it is brand new ink? I can’t find it anywhere…my old cannon would ask me as soon as it was replaced…..any ideas? Thank you Jackie

I live in the uk and have just bought this printer, the thing is huge, but looks compact. Install was easy and it has no problem via the modem for wifi. This cost me £69.99 which is around $110, ouch! lol. happy with this so far, but hope my view is the same in 3 months. I would say to anyone looking for a printer to go with a canon or hp as they are the two best, i would say!. Avoid epson for ever, they cost a fortune to replace in ink as its 4 different slots. EPSON YOU DISGUST ME, Rant over.

Bought Canon MX340 about eight months ago. A few months ago the wireless feature stopped working. Had to cable up to print. Now it thinks the document feeder is jammed. I can’t print, scan, copy, NOTHING!! Dumpster fodder. Avoid this printer!

When this printer refuses to work because it says it’s out of ink. You can make it kkeep printing by holding the “stop” button for 5 seconds. Mine tries to make me believe it’s out of ink all the time when it’s not

I Agree with the previous comment. My canon printer has gone on strike, demanding that I buy a new ink cartridge. Here’s the thing though. I already bought and installed a recycled cartridge, but this printer is not having any of that! It never recognized when I replaced the cartridge and there appears to be no way to tell it. So now it has decided that it is just going to sit there and stare at me until I feed it a new cartridge. DOUBLE SHAME ON YOU CANON! I am so sick of these major corporations using tricks like this to steal from their customers. As long as I live, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM CANON AS LONG AS I LIVE!!!!

I prefer my Lexmark Prestige for work and flexibility. I thought the video unpacking would be interesting but not very helpful although I enjoyed the whole experience.

i have the same problem. i cannot get my printer to work because the alarm is going off. i have noooo idea what to do and there is nothing in the manual about it. did you ever figure it out?
