Does anybody have a Breeze II that the computer will show the external memory card ? ATT sent another phone and it does the same. Have tried it on four different computers and three different memory cards. My ATT local store store says these phones will not do it. Pantech says set to USB, mass storage and computer will recognize, not happening. Phone memory will show up on PC Suite but no ex memory.

I've got the Breeze II for about the time this review came out. After using nearly a year, I agree with others' comments and issues with the phone. Speaker is useless, nobody can hear me when I've tried to use it. And mine developed a strange thing recently: it started duplicating entries in my address book! This is especially true of more recent entries -- I put a name & number in once as usual and the next time I look at it, I may have 3 or 4 more duplicated entries. I'm wondering whether anybody else has had this issue or whether, Kristofer Brozio, you've heard of this from other people. I'll check back in to see if there is a response.

I received a rebate of $50.00 on a $119.90 phone, not $69.90. Leaving me a balance of $69.90, not $19.90 on a 2 year contract renewal at an AT&T store. Maybe I should have done it on the internet

I bought this yesterday and found the review to be spot on. The only reason I stuck with AT&T is the accumulated roll over minutes. I found Verizon had a better selection of phones and a better reputation for service. So far I like this phone. I only use it to talk, no texting or web surfing. Audio quality was my primary need. Thanks for the honest assessment of Breeze.

I agree with you. The dot on the inside turned pink. They say this means water damage and this voids the warranty. This does not explain why three phones of the same model have the same problem. They make random calls without me touching it.

I have had three (3) of the same model of Pantech breeze and have had the same problem. I calls people randomly. It called my brother this morning at 5:15 this morning and then again at 5:30. I was not calling him and waking him up. ATT refuses to warranty it because a small dot inside has turned pink. They say that it means it has water damage. All three phones did the same thing, even though the other two did not have the dot turning pink. I have come to the conclusion that I will never have another Pantech again.

Atuckeratx - I just checked with Pantech and they gave me directions on how to set it up to answer upon opening. First, you have to take it out of "breeze" mode and put it in "advance" mode (there are directions in the manual for doing that). Once in ADVANCE, you select MENU, SETTINGS, CALL, ANSWER, SELECT - OPEN FLIP. After complete you can go back in and reset the phone mode to "breeze" again and it will keep that setting active. Hope that helps!
