The phone is very easy to text on. My husband who is always complaining of keys being too small didnt have any problems. lol. The only downside to the phone is that if you use it quite a bit it has to be charged every other day or every two days. Other than the phone is great i think. It does get scratched easily. I have a screen protectors on mine and a case. You can get cases off of ebay or amazon for pretty cheap. Hope this helped.

Alright so i really need your help with this. I’m considering buying this phone because my other phone is acting up. I see the reviews are alright, so i want to know what is your main concern or problem with this phone? I’m a girl, and I’m usually texting quite alot, so is it very easy to text on? please help . thank you.

I recently bought a pre-owned pantech impact. I love the phone. I have searched for hours to try to figure out the video share option. I haven’t had any success. I have the unlimited 3G data plan with AT&T. When I go to my contacts or camera options it shows video share, but it’s gray. It won’t let me click on it. I’ve tried everything, and I looked almost everywhere. Can anyone help me please?!

i have a pantech impact and when i talk on the phone the camera part on the outside of the phone gets so hot it hurts to touch!!!!and when im callin someone my phone goes dead fast

I want this phone for Christmas soooooooo bad. Everything seems fine to me. My mom has the iPhone and you have to charge it everyday! So 5 days is enough for me . The camera is cool so it doesn’t matter if it is not THAT good. But it is still good so yeah . Thanks for the review!

I had the samsung propel and had a lot of isses with it (I was so disappointed! ). I was able to replace it for a Pantech Impact a few days ago and I’m still unsure about it. I had the phone for a little over 24 hours and the keyboard froze up on me. I couldn’t text, or open th menu or anything. I had to turn the phone off then on to get it working again. aso that has me worried. But I feel like the Impact has a lot of cute little features that I love.

Sounds like there is something wrong with your phone and you need to get it looked at by your local store. They’ll probably refer you to Pantech though. The outside display is fairly bright when your phone is functioning properly.

Yes you can save the number from an incoming text and calls. It’s easy and SO simple. For texts: Open the text>click on Options>Scroll through the list and it will give you the option to save. For calls: Bring up your call list by clicking on the green send button>Scroll to the number you want to save>Click Options>Click Save. It’s #5 in the list. Seriously, my 5 year old can do this and has. lol

It’s an AT&T phone. It would have to be “unlocked” to work with T-Mobile. You can either contact T-Mobile’s customer service or take it by one of their stores/kiosks and see if they’ll unlock the phone for you. They may charge you for doing it though. Or you can always purchase an unlock code on eBay really cheap. BUT it’s not guaranteed to work and make your internet start working. Sorry. You can’t take a phone that is “locked” to one specific carrier and expect it to fully function with one of their competitors. :/

Go to your Address Book>Contacts>Choose who you want to set a ringtone for>Click on Edit>Scroll down to ringtone. It’s just above the memo section.

I bought the phone from AT&T. It worked great. I switched to T-Mobile now the internet doesn’t work. Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

I got this phone yesterday…like the look but have to agree with the picture quality….one thing i cant figure out on in or if it even does it (if someone can help me please) i like to set different ringtones for different people..so i will know whos calling ….cant figure out how to do it….my son says it is possible that he has done it on his impact but doesnt remember how..help anyone?

i just orderd this phone from at&t two days ago and its going to be here tomarrow and eaple say that it is a bad phne bt they have the phne for months and i only keep a phne for lik 2months at the most so i doubt i have a problem with this phne….all my friends love it an so do i!!and i cant wait to get it tomarrow and i will do a video on it and put it on youtube!!bt its kind of a bit late..but who cares!!not i!!bt i wanna no if i shold get this one or just get a new one and sell this on???any suggestions:(??

the batterey life is alright, but iv’e seen better. & the camrea SUCKS! i was on top of the faris wheel & it wouldn’t get the buliding in front of me. i mean thankkkkkks, pantech. it’s pooop. i also dropped my phone , & it kept saying to insert my sim card, & it was defintly in there, & i couldn’t use it for 3 months.

to be honest, i have the pantech now, & sometimes it doesn’t work at all. I will try to send a text message, & it doesn’t send, even when i have full signal…i highly don’t recomend it.
