How do you get the outer screen to “fade-to-black” after a while (like it used to do???

Oh yeah, I forgot the most important part…I have had this phone for exactly 22 days, and now my screen is completely blank even though the outter light and screen work. So I now have a $70 clock basically. Good thing I already planned on getting another one since I hated it so much, but it would have been nice if this one would have worked long enough to get a new one.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
The phone only holds about 45 pictures, there is no slot for a memory card, you can’t use any audio sounds people send you as ring tones, and the volume sucks. Basically, the phone is a huge rip off. For the things this phone is ACTUALLY good for…which is basically strictly calls and texts, but even the messaging can be off…you could get a 20 dollar simple LG phone. I also want to throw in there that I am not a fan of touch screens, smart phones, blackberries, etc. Never actually wanted one, so I’m not expecting a lot out of a phone, but this is ridiculous.
Also, it saves words that other people text you as predictive text words AND makes them primary. I can’t type “of.” without it turning into “Ne1″ and having to scroll. ever since someone sent that word to my phone…but I have to add in my own words manually that are not already stored. It also randomly makes certain words you type all caps for no reason, despite the shift setting. Just throwing that out there for T9 text mode users.

Anyone know how to get an APROSTOPHE for the text messages without going through Options, Text Mode, Symbols and then RIGHT clicking the circular button SEVEN times? I am tired of having to skip the apostrophe or write I have tried everything, even “My Words” in the “Settings/Text Entry” section, but alas, NO SYMPOLS are in that feature at all. Been using the * key for an apostrophe because it’s just…..easier.

i have been having problems with my sanyo mirro with the memory… i have deleted everysingle thing out of it and reset settings, reset phone, took battery for 5 minutes, and its still showing battery full. been doing this for a month and a half, and i just got the phone in july!! wtf?? im thinking i am going back to verizon!!

Ive had the boost 3810 mirro for about 2-3 weeks now. Battery life is good and havent had any problems with it so far.1 issue I do have is theres not enough memory in the phone for everything

this phone worked really well, i’ve had it for maby…a year or two with no problems. however, just now my phone screen went black, and the buttons didn’t light up when i touched them. please please PLEASE help…
