I like the unit very much, but after a few days, when I turn it on, all it does is ring in my ear with a telephone ring.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I recently purchased a Sound id 510. I’ve had a few Motorola models, a few low end no-name models, and two top of the line Plantronics models. After a week of using this 510, I have to say it’s the best blootooth I’ve ever used. The fit, the styling, the on off switch, the sound quality, the way Sound id packages the unit, this company is a class act. I like the unit so much, I ordered another.

I just got my headset it’s worth it first time i used it I had too turn da volume down clear as a bell like da other person is in da room right next to u by far da best I ever had pricy but u cant go wrong I love it hope to keep it for a long time thks nice product too add to my ios4 da too together it’s a perfect match ltr

The device is GREAT! The App however, SUCKS! Sound ID needs to get on the ball and FIX IT! Everywhere you go you see the App for the iPhone as a selling point. Well I have a 510 and the app only works every now and then. GET ON THE BALL SOUND ID and FIX IT! Other than that no complaints, the device itself is a masterpiece.
