I’ve got nothing that uses CF cards, I don’t even have any anymore. 
As far as mini-UBS 3.0 connectors, I don’t them because I’ve had a few break on me, and I wasn’t being rough with them either. I’ve had them break inside of the device and at the USB cable, it’s just a fragile connection and I personally don’t care for them.

I have a Lexar USB 3.0 SD/CF reader and use SanDisk Extreme Pro UHS-I SDHC memory @95 MB/sec with a real life transfer speed of 87-88 MB/sec, which is approx four times faster than a regular SD card on a USB 2.0 reader. What’s the disadvantage with a mini USB 3.0 connection?
