I thought this was a great phone, until I tried listening to my music… Or using anything that made sound… It would vibrate fine, but as soon as I tried anything involving sound, nothing. It would say it as playing, volume all the way up, but not a sound would come out…

This is (was, broken now) my first phone and I absolutely HATED every second I had it. I was SUPER excited to get it but after the first two months I HATED it. The lower half of my touch screen doesn’t work anymore so I cannot retrieve pictures or ANYTHING I have saved on the phone. I cannot use the internet, take pictures, or txt message anymore. This phone is the worst phone ever and no one should buy it. I hate it and now all my irreplaceable pictures on there are gone. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE.

mine works fine and i dont have nails and u can actually use a stylus from a ds or anything that uses stylus based system on the rumor touch

the phone is worth buying i never had a problem with it and i just like u only txt so i pay$25 a month prepaid non contract 4 unlimited everything and 300 mins for calls

this phone is actually rlly great and the best prepaid phone company out there i used to have metro pcs and virgn is so much better than any other prepaid company and i love the phone because unlike what the idiot said in the review its actually rlly great all around especially the touch screen

atually i hve the phon and it works great you have to frst calibrate it you phone maybe cause i dont have any of the “problems” you mentioned

The $25 plan is alll the time everyday. You get the unlimited text, data, and web alll month and the 300 minutes all month. THere are no unlimited nights and weekends that i know of.

I am getting the lg rumor touch today. I am switching from a cricket phone because they suck. Ive had my phone for less than a year and its acting all funky. My friend has the rumor touch and he loves it!

This phone is a mid-range phone, between a smartphone and a basic phone. I has internet and app capabilities but it is not a smart phone.

Ohhh— I do want to say for the most part… My son loves this phone. He set the touch screen sensitivity setting himself and had no problems with it at all. He was disappointed with the apps but as I read on below …. I see that there are ways to get more out of this phone. We realize it isnt a smarphone and for the price, we were please with what it had to offer. He was just greatly disappointed that the screen fried… my fault – 100% – for not buying the insurance.

I bought my 13 year old son this phone for his birthday in December. He begged me NOT to buy it because his friends at school said they had the same phone and the screen messes up after a few months of use. His exact words… Well, after about 60 days (and no, I didnt buy the insurance like a dummy)…. the screen completely whacked out. He can still make and receive calls – that is, if he has the number memorized because there is no access to the menus… no contacts, text or web browing what so ever. I was livid. One of his friends came over to the house and showed me his LG Rumor Touch. Same thing – the screen was all whacked out. He said, he had received his for Christmas but his parents bought the insurance so he was awaiting a new one. They both said they have several friends at school whose parents got them the Rumor Touch thinking the it was a nice phone, best price for a touch phone, good plans starting at only $25.00 per month….etc. They have ALL had troubles with the screen. If you buy this phone …. invest in the insurance!!!

I hate this overpriced phone. Screen is unusable in any direct light. Touch screen is hit or miss, maybe it will work maybe not. Screen re-locks in seconds so you have to unlock again to press ie. 1 for english 2 for spanish. Press end call it may end or just start redialing. You will not notice all this in the 1st 30 days so buyer beware as far as I’m concerned. In summary…just my opinion.
