I’ve had the G1 for three weeks now and have not been able to add any new stations so far. There are only 3 stations on it that I listen to and I’ve found that they have a tendency to play the same songs over and over. I agree that their software probably doesn’t work. I’ve contacted customer support 6 times now (they only have live chat and e-mail – no phone number to call and talk to a live person) and they told me I need to do a recovery on my device. Every time I try to do this the Jukebox software locks up and won’t allow me to continue. I asked customer support if there was anything else at all I could do to get new stations and they said there wasn’t. So basically their software/products don’t work and they know it. Pretty frustrating.
