Eric, There is a new company called Crystal-Wall that has a much simplier design and costs 1/3 less then the others. There product is also made from Lexan vs others from Plexigalls. Lexan is 10 times stronger then plexiglass. I just purchased two and love them. I would highly recommend them.

These screen protectors seem to be getting more and more popular.

I looked at the main suppliers and all seem to do the same job so it seems to come down to price.

Two things I did notice was that I would probably go for an anti-glare screen protector and also the two mentioned look a bit home made.

The only one I could find that looks good on your TV is one from The Screen Protector and as I have just spent $3000 on my TV and don’t want its looks spoilt by putting a cheap looking tv screen protector on it I will probably get one from them.

There is possible problem I’ve heard from several tv technicians who say that LCD screens emit heat. That covering them with protectors is not good for the screen and will eventually damage it. Whether this is true or not I have no way of knowing. Wondering if anyone else has heard about this.

Hi Eric, really? I just looked at TV Armor and it’s pretty much exactly the same as the TV Screen Protector, the design is the same so how can you say you like the design better?

Another product out there that is very similiar is TV Armor..

I personally think their design is a bit nicer.
