I’ve owned it now for several months…does very much what it says it does… but the gotcha for me was when attaching an Intel 80gb SSD to the system.
There is no recognition of the SSD on my NexStar Universal Storage Adapter. It’s not seen as being tethered to my Mac either.

The website states it works with SSD….mmm.
