Most mobile devices or cellphones already have cameras to capture video at the same time take photos. But wait , how do you really watch a relevant video or mini-movie which has been recorded using a phone if you need to view it in your Windows computer? Two issues regularly appear: Playing 3gp files and 90 degree rotation. It is possible to grab a media player or video player which allow you to view 3gp videos on your personal computer. Free Windows-compatible players for 3gp files.

Does your cellphone need to be in range of the base or the headset to connect via bluetooth? What I am asking is can you leave your cellphone on the desk charging 4 feet away from the VTech LS6245's base connected via bluetooth, and still receive calls while you are at the other end of the house? Or do you have to have your cellphone in your pocked in range of the handset of the VTech LS6245?

I'm still interested in knowing what the battery life is before needing to be recharged. Any info? As well, this means I can pair my line with my bluetooth headset and just talk from that using my homeline, correct?
Hope you can help! :)

I agree with Winston. I LOVE the Bluetooth feature, but when I need to dial or end a call on my landline, I have to run back to the base. That's pretty unhandy. I guess if I used my cell more (I live in a "dead zone" for cell phones), it might be more convenient. Overall, I like the phone, just don't like the running to the base all the time.

You can ONLY use a Bluetooth Headset with the base. You cannot dial from the handset. Kind of a pointless feature if you ask me. What's the point of having a wireless phone if you have to run to the base every time you want to make a call?
